Our Story

One product at a time, since 2018.

Gyftalala started as a personalised notebook side-hustle and grew into a memory-first gifting brand. Here's the product timeline that shaped us — every year, a new way to turn moments into keepsakes.

2018
Skoobbooks Skoobbooks The first product

Where it all started.

Six friends launched Skoobbooks from a family balcony — personalised A4 notebooks with customisable covers, ruled or plain insides, and themes that finally felt like the people carrying them.

The first year crossed 1,000 orders and proved design-led stationery could feel personal and memorable.

2019
Scrapbook Scrapbook Funky hand-bound memories

Memories, hand-bound.

We launched the Scrapbook — a funky hand-bound photo scrapbook with polaroids, washi tape, stickers, and 7 themes. It became the gift for anniversaries, birthdays, and farewells.

2023
Invytes Invytes Digital, cinematic invitations

Invitations, reimagined.

Invytes brought us into the digital side of gifting — cinematic invitations with photos, video, live map, live RSVP, and a soundtrack. One link, any phone, zero apps.

Splashbook Splashbook One image per page, premium Fingerprint Tree Fingerprint Tree Gender reveal & guestbook

Our breakout year.

Splashbook introduced our signature one-image-per-page format with the splash effect and AI-generated captions tailored to your relationship — and quickly became our best seller.

We also launched the Fingerprint Tree — a printed tree where guests press a thumbprint, perfect for gender reveals, baby showers, weddings, and retirement guestbooks.

Flipbook Flipbook Your video, on paper

Video, in your hands.

Flipbook turned short videos into something tangible — every frame printed and bound, so flipping the pages plays the video in your hand. Proposals, first steps, gender reveals — moments you can hold.

Where we are today.
