Refunds and Returns

Due to the highly customized and personalized nature of our products (such as custom photos and prints), refunds or returns for change of mind are strictly not offered.

All products are made to order and personalized. As such, returns are not accepted. Please review order details carefully before placing your order.

When Replacements Apply

Replacement is available only if the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory
  • Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

How to Request Replacement

Share your order details, issue photos, and unboxing video on WhatsApp or email so our team can verify and process the request quickly.

Please share complete unboxing proof so we can resolve it faster.

Cancellations and Quick Changes

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Changes may be requested within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting support.
